1. Seed and Germination Guarantee
- Germination: Our seeds are rigorously tested to meet germination rate standards. If your seeds do not germinate, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Liability: Compensation is limited to the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping fees). We are not responsible for planting failures due to weather, climate, soil, pests, or other environmental factors.
- Unauthorized Returns: A 25% restocking fee will apply.
2. Plant and Seed Return Policy
Live Plants:
- If damaged upon arrival, please contact customer service with photos within 48 hours. Claims made after this period will not be processed.
Seed Return Conditions:
- Unopened Items: Can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they include all original packaging and attachments.
- Eligible Returns: Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of shipping errors or damage during transit.
- Pre-Authorization: Return items must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee: For returns initiated without our prior knowledge, a restocking fee of 25% of the order value will be charged. Customers are advised to contact our customer service team before initiating a return and follow their instructions for the process.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipping damage or incorrect items sent).

Return Address: The return address differs from our shipping address. Please contact our after-sales team for the correct return address before returning items. Our team will provide the authorized return address.

Tracking Number: Please keep the tracking number to avoid any potential loss of the package.

Processing Time: All returns will be processed within 7-14 days of receipt, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., shipping damage or incorrect items sent).

5. Applicable Countries
This policy applies to orders shipped to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Japan, South Korea, Norway, New Zealand, Sweden, and more. The policy is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for returns initiated after 30 days.
6. Important Notes
- Incorrect Addresses: Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer will require a new order. No refund or reshipment will be provided for the original order.
