Organic Bright Lights Swiss Chard Seeds - Boost Garden Color

Featuring beautifully savoyed and glossy foliage, this Swiss chard presents green or bronze leaves accompanied by stems in a spectrum of colors, including gold, pink, orange, red, and white, showcasing bright, pastel, and multihued options. The taste is milder compared to traditional chard varieties, with each hue offering its own subtle flavor distinction. You can direct seed or transplant to segregate the various colors easily. This mix exhibits consistent growth patterns along with uniform leaf shape and texture while demonstrating impressive bolt resistance across all shades—truly making it an exceptional blend. It is suitable for year-round cultivation but has slightly lower frost tolerance than other chard types. Developed by late New Zealand amateur breeder John Eaton, Bright Lights is maintained and selectively bred for its different color stocks by Organic-Seed that also produces the seeds. These are decorticated (rubbed) seeds that are also available with NOP-compliant pelleting options.
