In our trials, this variety has proven to be the most dependable sprouting cauliflower. With its sweet and tender, light green stems adorned with white florets, it’s perfect for gentle cooking or serving raw as a dip accompaniment. It creates a striking presentation when combined with sprouting broccoli. You can market the heads whole or chopped and bundled. Once the heads develop, the stems will continue to grow in length. Harvest can take place anytime up to approximately 8 inches tall. NOTE: Cultivating this variety may pose challenges. It needs moderate warmth; however, excessive heat can lead to purpling and uneven curd formation. The ideal temperature range during head development is between 60–80°F. We recommend conducting trials before expanding cultivation on a larger scale.
