Plants and leaves exhibit remarkable uniformity, leading to highly productive yields of full bunches. The bright green foliage is complemented by deep magenta stems. This variety demonstrates robust resistance to Cercospora, ensuring leaves remain healthy and fresh in appearance. When compared to Fresh Pak, Fresh Start tends to be slightly smaller with narrower leaves, exhibits a more upright growth habit with compact plants, shows a lighter shade of green, and takes longer to reach size. In our trials, it resulted in the most upright bunches. NOTE: Designed exclusively for baby leaf and bunching greens; it does not develop a marketable beet root.
