A cross between Romaine and Green-leaf types, it features wavy leaves reminiscent of green leaf varieties while maintaining the upright growth habit and delicious flavor characteristic of Romaine. The plants produce dark green, dense heads with a high leaf count. In contrast to other Summer Crisps, these heads stay fully open until they reach maturity. MT0-30 is also available with NOP-compliant pelleting options.
