Mambo dances to a familiar beat as Cha Cha does, however, their styles differ significantly. Mambo showcases remarkable enhancements: increased yields; fruit that is more uniform; striking deeper hues; and extended shelf life. It features the traditional blocky buttercup shape without a pronounced "button" at the blossom end. This squash can be marketed under either the buttercup or kabocha label. Its dark green coloration is retained during storage. Created by the Organic-Seed Breeding Team. Average weight ranges from 3 to 4 pounds. USDA Certified Organic.
