Although the vines initially grow at a slow pace, they can extend up to an impressive 10 feet. These delightful treats can be enjoyed fresh or pickled. They are sellable in half-pint or clamshell containers at markets that favor unique items. Commonly referred to as Cucamelon or mouse melon, their yield isn’t exceptionally high. Supportive trellising is advisable. NOTE: We suggest harvesting these cucumbers promptly, as they can become seedy if allowed to exceed 1" in size.
