In our summer evaluations, it demonstrated the slowest bolting time. Classified as a Batavian type, this lettuce features light green, intricately wavy leaves that develop into compact heads at a smaller size. It can be harvested as a mini version or allowed to grow into large, hefty full-sized heads. The crisp leaves are not only delightful in texture but also boast outstanding flavor profiles. This variety is well-suited for hydroponic setups and holds a Utility Patent. Known as MT0-30, it is also available with NOP-compliant pelleting and carries USDA Certified Organic certification.
