The roots are vibrant candy-red and maintain their crispness more effectively than other long French varieties. When contrasted with the original French Breakfast, these roots are not only shorter and thicker but also exhibit reduced white coloration at the tips. They perform better in closely spaced planting configurations and boast enhanced top robustness. NOTE: To achieve longer and straighter roots, plant 15–20% additional seeds per row at a depth of 1/2 to 1 cm deeper, and refrain from irrigating unless it is essential.
