They are ready for picking up to two weeks earlier than other early-season varieties. They can set fruit even during cooler temperatures and stressful heat conditions. The flesh is tender, subtly flavored, and cooks quickly. NOTE: This variety may exhibit slow emergence, potentially requiring more time for germination compared to other eggplant types. It features a striking purple calyx.
